This is a series of 4 classes. $135 is the price for all 4 classes. There are no extra charges for firing.
Beginners Welcome!
We teach from beginners to advanced in this class. You can throw , handbuild or both.
About your teacher:
Grace is our longest serving teacher and also our studio manager. She has a degree in ceramics from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is highly skilled in both throwing and hand building . Her personal artistic practice leans towards hanbuilding, specifically building seemingly impossible forms from slabs, In the studio we call her the ‘Queen of Slabs’. Grace also produces an abundance of functional thrown pottery and is a skilled throwing instructor. She is known for her calm and patient demeanor and ability to explain even the most complicated techniques. As one of our students said ‘Grace by name Grace by nature”
