You couldn’t find a more experienced teacher to start you off on the right foot. With over 30 years experience in pottery as well as an abundance of teaching experience, what he doesn’t know about clay isn’t worth knowing! His classes are fun and informative whether you take only one class or use it as a springboard into a new hobby. Please read more about him HERE

About the Class: Join us for this fun introduction to throwing on the wheel. Aimed at complete beginners and those who need a refresher as well as anyone unable to commit to a full month of classes.

We will take you through all the steps of throwing a pot on the wheel. At the end of the session you will have one (or more) wet pot. These have to go through several processes before becoming a finished piece that you can take home.

We include clay and the teacher can finish any pieces you want to keep for an additional $15) Pottery will be ready to collect one month after class. You can pick up at any class (full schedule on our classes page)
